House Hunting Warrior
There is so much, almost too much I could write here. But to explain the title might be the best place to start. My house hunt, especially the end, went bonkers. I mean completely crazy. But with everything Laura was there. She pushed through with me, hunted for information to the extreme of state department offices. She isn't afraid of not knowing something. If she doesn't know she'll find the answer. If we were waiting on info, she started hunting for it. She stood strong with me through the mess. BUT, and this is really important, she didn't push. She stood next to me keeping the crazy at bay. But she never pulled or pushed me into anything. She helped give me the knowledge, the map to make an informed decision. And what every I decided she supported that action and stood firm with me. She made sure I was comfortable enough to make the needed choices. I honestly can't imagine having done this with anyone else.

Best experience ever!
In the current market, you don't expect much since you're just one of hundreds fighting to get a home, but Laura made an incredibly stressful event super smooth and as stress free as possible. She went out of her way to hear and meet our concerns, ensuring we got our dream house and were treated fairly throughout the whole process. She did whirlwind showings of 18 homes in 3 days, got all the paperwork and helped us win a bidding war in that time and helped us when we were initially looking for land to build on. It was my first time buying a house so I had a ton of questions concerning the process and figuring out what I wanted. She was very informative and patient with any request I had. Above and Beyond the Best Realtor
I first met Laura 4 years ago when I moved from Michigan to Atlanta for work. I had never been to Atlanta and had 3 days to find a townhome/condo. I did not know Laura but had gotten a referral to her office from my realtor in Michigan. What a lucky person I was! Laura drove me around to multiple listings and by the end of the 3rd day we found a townhome and I had put in an offer and was accepted. She has excellent expertise in her field, and could point out issues as we were looking at places and I appreciated her feedback! I flew back to Michigan to move and Laura continued to assist me by driving to a design appointment to help me pick out flooring and final details of the townhome that was finishing construction. The whole process was seamless. She is very knowledgeable and honest and also a lot of fun! Four years later it was time to move to California during COVID. I drove to California to see my daughter and son-in law in June 2020 to help with her new baby, thinking I would have to go back to Atlanta to pack and move, but when I suggested to Laura that my family did not want me to drive or fly back, she said that she would assist me with my move remotely! I have never met a realtor in my many moves that would offer that! I had done some packing but she came to my townhome and helped me sort donation, trash and move items into piles and came to the home multiple times to be there on moving day, let cleaners in, and arrange donation item pick up. I cannot express my gratitude enough for her help! She is a very kind person, and found homes for my furniture and other items that could have gone to goodwill, but instead she went out of her way to get them to those who needed the items. She also got me a full price offer and sold my townhome in a week! I know that this is long, but I hope that others will read this and know that if they ask Laura to buy or sell, they will not be disappointed! She is awesome!!!

Great experience that was a long time coming.
Laura and I began looking at houses almost 3 years before we finally found one that worked for me. Changes in jobs, financial status, and a pandemic kept getting in the way. Through all the time Laura kept with me and not even just to see if I was ready to begin looking again but just my well-being during some of the harder moments. Much more than I expected from a realtor.
When I was ready again, we knuckled down and began again. In the span of about 3 months, we viewed about 30 or more homes and even on the gloomy rainy days, Laura was always full of energy and smiles.
I may not have found the house I finally purchased if Laura hadn't stuck it out with me all the way. I let everyone I know that she is who I will use for any future home buying and that they should too.
